Kids up to 14 years are exempted from the local tax.

Silvretta Card Premium:
As we are a Premium Partner, you will receive the Silvretta Card Premium directly from us for a fee of € 6.00 per day for adults and € 3.00 per day for children, which will be added to your room rate.
This includes unlimited use of all open cable cars and chair lifts in Galtür, Ischgl, Kappl, See as well as in Samnaun and Montafon, the Silvretta High Alpine Road (with pre-check-in also on the day of arrival), use of public transport between Landeck and the Bielerhöhe as well as the Zeinisjoch and much more.

Reservations:
Are only valid in writing - e-mail/mail. For a binding reservation we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total price.. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer within 14 days.

A booking is only valid after the reception of a written confirmation. 

Child disounts:
Reduction for children staying in their parents' room.

0-3 years- 100% discount

Travel cancellation insurance:
We highly recommend booking a travel cancellation insurance together with your trip! In case of death, illness, loss of your workplace etc. you don’t have to deal with the extra costs of a cancellation.

All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms. 

Cancellations:
Summer season 2022:
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.​​​​​​

• Cancellation conditions - (Cancellations are valid only in written form).
• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will be charged 40% of the total price.
• Cancellations between 15 and 8 days prior to arrival will be charged 70% of the total price.

In case of cancellation from 7 to 0 days before arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged. (Cancellations according to the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (= Austrian hotel contract conditions).
Should our region be declared as a risk area by the respective government (at the time of arrival), the booking can be cancelled free of charge even at short notice.

 If you arrive late or depart earlier you will be charged for the entire room price. Landeck is the place of jurisdiction. We recommend you to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Short stay surcharge:
For short stays of less than 3 days we charge € 10,00 per person per day.

Parking spaces:
Per room there is one parking lot available to our guests – located directly next to our house. The parking lot is reserved until 10:00 on your departure.

Other places on request.
If you want to use the arrival and departure day for skiing or hiking, please use the public car park. Unfortunately, we cannot provide parking spaces.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (= Austrian hotel contract conditions) do apply.
